of the
Sustainable Development Committee
According to the protocol of the
sustainable development committee and
related laws, the committee takes the
following responsibilities and sends
proposals to the board for discussion.
1. Review the policies and strategies
for the sustainable development.
2. Supervise the implementation of the
Company’s sustainable development
projects.
3. Review the Company’s material
information in sustainable development
reports.
4.
Supervise the check and verification on
greenhouse gas of the Company.
5. Supervise the issues that
shareholders, employees, clients,
communities, and authorities focus.
6. Implement the projects approved by
the board
