Consequently, Nan Ya PCB won the CSR award from Global Views Magazine through severe competition. Even though Nan Ya PCB was unlucky to win the top awards within Info tech group B this time; however, awarded as top 65 could be considered as a positive affirmation of Nan Ya PCB′s contribution to social responsibility.

In order to connect the CSR standard in Taiwan and the world, Global Views Magazine categorized more aspects ranging from water resources, labor rights, gender equity and customer relations management in three main topics─ corporate governance, environmental protection and social welfare. Besides, Global Views Magazine also referred to the concept and principle in OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and other international standards this time to put more weight on global-wise issues. After few months of selection process, there were 65 corporations, including 6 of Five-star Awards, 13 of Outstanding Achievement Awards and 46 of CSR Awards, had been chosen from thousands of nominations.

To make social responsibility practical is just as to run the business, and only with strategy, vision and perspective could make the whole work out. No matter how much the industrial environment could be changed, Nan Ya PCB and Formosa Plastics Group would continually be committed to the practice for social responsibility and life improvement by all means.
