Conflict-free Metal Policy



As one of the key suppliers in the supply chain, Nan Ya PCB is committed toensuring that our products containing materials or metals in the components,including Au, Ta, W, Sn, Co, and mica comply with the Policy of Conflict-free Materials.
Nan Ya PCB is taking due diligence efforts toensure our suppliers having detailed surveys onorigin of raw materials which should not been sourced from the conflict minerals areas, eitherof which is controlled by non-governmental military groups, or unlawful military faction.The conflict minerals area, defined by the OECD's Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High Risk Areas, including Democratic Republic of the Congo and its neighboring countries, Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic,Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan,Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia.
At the moment we are taking continuous actionsto ensure that conflict metals do not enter oursupply chain, actions including requiring written agreement from suppliers and helping them map out supply chain from smelter to source. In the long term, we plan to work on building up internal traceability system inprocurement processes. As a superior supplier,we take the responsibility to ensure customers' right, comply with the guideline of Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and honor our commitment of corporate social responsibility.
