Sustainable Development Committee
To implement sustainable development goals such as environmental protection, social responsibility and corporate governance,Nan Ya PCB set up a "Sustainable Development Committee" under the board of directors on May 5th,2022, and report to the board of directors at least once a year to promote the implementation of sustainable development, which including sustainable development policies, objectives, and management guidelines, risk management, climate change risks and opportunities, greenhouse gas and energy management, etc. To learn more about ESG Organization Regulations and Sustainable Development Code The latest report to the board of directors will be on May 7th,2025 and November 5th, 2025. ESG Promotion Organization
Nan Ya PCB "ESG Promotion Organization" is chaired by Chairman Wu Chia-Chao andvice-convened by General Manager Tang Ann-De. Oriented strategies, actively promote the implementation of various businesses, conduct regular performance monitoring, and through continuous communication with stakeholders, adjust relevant strategies and promote goals ina timely manner. Not only create a win-win situation with stakeholders but also accomplish sustainable development of the company. Finally achieve the long-term goal to contributing to society.
The company's "ESG Promotion Organization" holds regular meetings and reviews, and is responsible for the company's implementation of sustainable development promotion, including sustainable development policies, goals and management guidelines, risk management, climate change risks and opportunities, greenhouse gas and energy management and tracking execution and performance evaluation of major issues, and report the implementation results to the "Sustainable Development Committee" on May 7th, 2025 and November 5th, 2025.
