Dividend Policy
Nan Ya PCB would tend to benefit all stockholders by paying
higher cash dividends each year as quoted in its Articles of Incorporation.
Accordingly, profits are preferred to being distributed by way of cash dividend
and the payout ratio would reach around 90% every fiscal year.
